6 Questions for Self-Reflection

I don't know about you but I still can't believe it's 2024! The years seem to be speeding by me. 

It's tradition to make resolutions the first of the year. For most people eating better, drinking more water and getting fit are at the top of the list. 

My body seems to be aligned with the seasons and right now I am still in hibernation mode. I want comfort foods, warm drinks and to snuggle up at my house. But during this slow time I can reflect back onto the year's past. I think about what worked for me and what didn't. I can think about how I would like to design the year ahead but pause on taking action just yet. 

There are many questions you can ponder when thinking about the year's past. I suggest taking the time to write down the questions and answers. There is something about physically putting it on paper that makes more of a lasting impression. 

Here are some of the questions I will be reflecting on.
