Homemade Chicken and Noodles

Chicken and noodles are the ultimate comfort food. When there's a chill in the air or when you're feeling under the weather, a steaming bowl of chicken soup with homemade noodles can truly warm the soul. 

I can still picture my grandmother, Lillie, at her kitchen counter, rolling out the noodle dough and cutting it into strips with a rolling wheel. At that young age, I didn't appreciate it as much—I would have preferred a frozen Swanson Chicken Pot Pie! Now, however, I would cherish the opportunity to see my Grandma making her noodles again
